Cosmetic glass bottle usage

Cosmetic glass bottles are mainly used for small capacity products including skincare products (cream 、lotion )、perfume、essential oil 、nail polish. The capacity of more than 200ml is rarely used for cosmetic products.

The cosmetic glass bottle usually is divided into wide-mouth bottles 、 narrow-mouth bottles, and solid cream is usually used in wide-mouth bottles， it matches with an aluminum-plastic cap or plastic cap, the color coating can be used to the cover.

Lotion and water cream generally use narrow mouth bottles and match with the pump head.It should pay attention to prevent spring and ball rust. Most of the pump head is equipped with glass beads, they usually need testing such as cover with an inner liner， water cream with a small hole and inner liner, and thicker lotion with a big inner liner.

Uneven thickness of the glass bottle will cause a break or it is easy to be crushed by content s in cold conditions. So it should test the capacity to be suitable. In transportation， the glass bottles should be separately packaged by paper.
