PP,PE,AS,ABS,Acrylic,PET are commonly used material of cosmetic plastic bottle.

The commonly used cosmetic plastic bottles such as cream bottles, cover, insert, inner liner, pump, and dustproof cover are processed with injection molding. For PET blow molding， it needs to product bottle perform which is processing with injection molding first then producing body by blow molding. Thinness bottom lotion and washing bottle are processed with blow molding.

PET is recyclable material， it is high barrier property, lightweight, not easy to break, has chemical resistance, high transparency, it could be sprayed to pearl color, colored, white porcelain, transparent, and so on, and is widely used in gel water. The nick size is standard diameter： 16#、18#、22#、24#, matching with a pump to use.

Acrylic material is made to injected bottle, not good in chemical resistance, It usual couldn't fill cream directly and need matching with an inner container. The filler couldn't be too full to prevent cream be squeezed into the inner container and acrylic bottle， avoiding break. During transportation, products should be tightly packed. It will be obvious if scratching.

The transparency and flexibility of AS are better than ABS.
